Thrill-seekers visiting the Isles of Scilly should look no further than adventure with Kernow Coasteering. Kernow Coasteering run regular trips exploring the incredible coastline of Peninnis Head on the main island of St. Mary’s.

Discover the wild side of Scilly as you swim, scramble and jump your way along this beautiful granite landscape. Weave your way through amazing rock formations, narrow gullies, and under giant boulders. And of course, a wide array of cliff jumps awaits you, from simple step-offs to huge precipices – but don’t worry, all jumps are optional.

Kernow Coasteering will provide you with a winter wetsuit, helmet and buoyancy aid. All you need to bring is a pair of lace-up shoes to wear in the sea and an extra pair of shorts to go over the wetsuit. The minimum age is 9 and all levels of experience are welcome. Advance booking required here.
