2026 Hotel Rates

Hotel rates are per room per night inclusive of accommodation and full Cornish Breakfast, based on two adults sharing a twin or double room.   Rates also available for our single sea view room, or for single occupancy of a twin or double room.

Accommodation is offered on a bed and breakfast basis.  Take a look at the sample breakfast menu here.

**Price per room per night. Many of our rooms have sea views down to Town Beach or over the roof tops to Porthcressa.

Single occupancy of a twin or double room is available, based on half the above room rates plus a supplement of £35 during low season, £50 during high season.

Inter-connecting rooms are available, with a rate for the two rooms, based on up to two adults in one room and two children in the other. Limited availability.

All prices include VAT at the current rate. No additional Service charge is made for accommodation.

Winter 2025 / 2026

We are open over the winter from 20th October 2025 to 18th March 2026, on a Bed and Continental Breakfast basis. During this time, the hotel restaurant and bar will not be open.  Rates start from £95 per person per night for single occupancy, £130 for double occupancy.

Dogs

We understand that dogs are an important member of the family which is why we welcome small well behaved dogs in certain rooms at a charge of £15 per dog per night. Working with a local dog charity, we can provide a range of equipment for your dog, to help you enjoy your holiday with us. This includes crates, plastic beds, soft beds, blankets, towels and bowls. Available in a range of sizes – ask our team at the time of booking and we can make the arrangements for you.

We can also provide details of the many good local walks.

For the comfort of all our guests we have a selection of rooms, across all room types (with the exception of our Single Room), that are dog friendly, with the others being kept dog free. If you require a room that has not had any dogs staying, then please do ask at the time of booking and we can allocate an appropriate room.

Children (15 years and under)

We are able to accommodate children in a variety of ways, please call our Reception team to discuss your requirements in more detail.

0-2 years – Complimentary accommodation and breakfast
3-15 years – £45 per child per night inclusive of accommodation and full Cornish breakfast

Enhancements

Why not treat yourself by adding flowers and Champagne on ice in your room on arrival?  Ask our reception team for details.

Cottage Rates

All cottages are available for a minimum 7 night stay during the peak season. At other times through the year they are all available for short breaks, of either 3 or 4 nights.

Starboard Light Cottage and Port Light Cottage have a changeover day of Saturday, Hendra Cottage has a changeover day of Friday, Gerwick and Gweal have a changeover day of Wednesday.

Christmas and New Year Breaks

A cottage break on the Isles of Scilly is an ideal way to escape the stresses and hurry of Christmas and New Year. Each of our cottages is available for 7 nights, from 20th December 2025 for a Christmas Break, and from 27th December 2025 for a New Year’s break.

Tregarthen’s Lodges Rates

Lodges are available for a minimum 2 night stay on a Bed and Breakfast basis, with the breakfast taken in the hotel each morning. For 2026 the lodge rates are £385 per night during low season (19th March to 29th April, and 1st to 25th October), and £425 per night during high season (30th April to 30th September).
